We are a limited company and are also registered as a community interest company, and regulated by the CIC Regulator and by Companies House.

How we may contact you: Some of our Services may require one of our clinicians to contact you. If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or text or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your request for Services.

How we use your data: You will need you to provide us with certain personal data and sensitive personal data (otherwise known as ‘special category’ data) to receive the Services, including:

We need this data to provide our Services, in particular in relation to the provision of clinical advice, diagnosis and treatment to you. Please note that: we store your data on our systems in accordance with NHS requirements.

Everyone who has access to your data is bound to treat that information in strict confidence and not to use it for any other purpose.

Where we refer you to a clinic for further support the clinic may access our systems to access your records once you have confirmed your appointment with the clinic.

We provide information to our logistics team for the purpose of sending out test kits.

We will only share your data with your GP if you request us to.

Our developers may access our systems in order to support and maintain our databases and website.

The legal basis for this processing is that is it necessary for our legitimate interests in providing our Services to you, and in respect of the special categories of data, this processing is necessary for the provision of medical diagnosis and treatment.

We will keep your data in accordance with the periods required in the NHS, currently set out in the IGA Records Management Code of Practice for Health and Social Care.

Access to your records: You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you. You also have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate data or stop using your data in certain circumstances.
